tim hussar, CFA - partner, chief INVESTMENT officer

Tim serves as the firm's Chief Investment Officer, constructing our tactical portfolios and conducting due diligence on all underlying investments.  He has managed client investments for over a decade, serving most recently as an investment officer at Sage Financial Group, an independent advisory firm with over $1.6 billion in assets under management.  In that role, he was responsible for investment due diligence, portfolio management, and writing the firm’s ongoing research commentary.  Prior to that, Tim worked at Concannon Wealth Management, also an independent advisory firm, as the head of research and trading.  Tim graduated from Grove City College with a B.S. in Finance and is a recipient of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  In his spare hours, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, following Philadelphia sports teams, and working on his antique Porsche.

Frank Rutan - Managing Partner

Frank has been responsible for the wealth of families for over 35 years and was the Founder of the firm in 2008. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and at the U.S. Trust Company, where he was responsible for establishing the Philadelphia Office for that Company in 2002. At U.S. Trust he managed the wealth of a select group of families located throughout the country. Frank was also a Senior Vice-President and Director of the Portfolio Management Group at The Glenmede Trust Company.  Prior to that he was a Portfolio Manager at Scudder, Stevens & Clark. Frank graduated from The University of Virginia with a B.A. in History. He has a passion for the game of golf and has previously served as the President of the Golf Association of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Golf Association.

clark stossel - partner, director of client relations

Clark serves as our Director of Client Relations and focuses his efforts on establishing standards for client engagement and discovery of solutions for the financial needs of each family we partner with.  He has been responsible for managing the wealth of clients for over a decade.  Previously, Clark worked at BNY Mellon Wealth Management and Bessemer Trust, where he was part of a team responsible for founding the Denver, CO office in 2009.  In these prior roles, he worked directly with select individuals and families to understand their objectives and provide sophisticated investment management, wealth transfer, and tax planning strategies.  Clark received a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.  In his free time, Clark enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters, following Pittsburgh sports teams (to the dismay of others in the office) and playing ice hockey.

marilyn winiecki - partner, Chief administrative officer

Marilyn has been in the investment industry for over 32 years.  Her role as Chief Administrative Officer is to develop and maintain a close relationship with all clients and ensure the seamless coordination of client services and initiatives.  Previously, she worked with Lehman Brothers to provide investment support to a team of Private Investment Management professionals.  Prior to joining Lehman, Marilyn was a Financial Officer at U.S. Trust Company where she provided investment and client relationship support.  Prior to joining U.S. Trust Company, Marilyn was a Marketing Officer at The Glenmede Trust Company responsible for various marketing initiatives and event planning.  Marilyn holds an M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University and a B.A. in Marketing/Management from Holy Family University.
